Refund policy
At The Sensory Suite, every piece is thoughtfully handmade to order by our talented team of female seamstresses. By creating garments only after purchase, we intentionally reduce unnecessary fabric waste and support a more sustainable, slow-fashion approach to clothing.
Please note the following important policies:
* All sales are final once an order has been placed.
* We do not offer returns or exchanges for:
* Change of mind
* Sizing issues
* Accidental purchases
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected during transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@thesensorysuite.com with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item.
For packages with no tracking updates for 30 days or more, we will investigate the shipment promptly. If confirmed lost, customers may choose between:
* A full refund, or
* A replacement order
If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can quickly send the missing piece.
Please allow:
* 1–5 business days for processing and handmade production
* 5–10 business days for shipping, depending on destination
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all order and shipping information before checkout, as we cannot issue refunds for incorrect addresses or mistaken purchases.
