1. Order Processing Time

Please allow:

* 1–5 business days for processing and handmade production
* 5–10 business days for shipping, depending on destination

 

2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We currently ship via multiple carriers like USPS, UPS, YunExpress, UniUni. Shipping costs are currently free. In other instances they are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping (5-10 business days)

We currently ship internationally.

4. What to Expect After You Order
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

5. Delivery Delays & Issues
While we provide a tracking number and ensure your package leaves our hands on time, we cannot control delays once it is in the possession of the shipping carrier. These can occasionally happen due to weather, peak seasons, or other logistics issues.

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@thesensorysuite.com and we will gladly look into it for you.

6. Important Notes on Delivery

  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Failed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., no one was home, no secure location was available), the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to follow these instructions or contact the carrier directly to arrange for pickup.
